Our mission

By shifting culture and teaching young Aussies how to be better mates, we’re fostering a generation who know how to show up, speak up, and stay well, together.

Training

It’s Australia’s first digital peer-to-peer mental health first aid training certificate and it takes only around 60 minutes to complete. It’s free and it’s designed by a team of mental health professionals to resonate with younger audiences.

Cause Club

We’re building a national club for everyday legends doing good things, together, one local event at a time. You don’t need to do everything. But you can do something.

The Origin Story

Milly Rose Bannister founded ALLKND a decade after a defining experience supporting her best mate through a mental health crisis at just 15 years old. It opened her eyes to how unprepared young people are to support each other, and how powerful connection can be when we know what to do.

“At just 15 years old, I found myself supporting my best mate through their darkest months. It showed me just how challenging and isolating it can be to carry someone else’s pain when you’re still a kid yourself.”

Today, she’s an award-winning speaker and social impact strategist whose work sits at the intersection of psychology, culture and social change. With a focus on prevention, belonging and youth wellbeing, Milly has become one of Australia’s most recognised advocates for the next generation.
