Good Mates

Save Lives.

Instead of steering clear of tough topics and uncomfortable conversations, we're empowering and trusting our young people with the knowledge and skills they need to do what they’ve been doing for decades and are really good at: being good mates.

This is a really effective and important learning opportunity for young Australians."

— JAMES PARR, DISABILITY ADVOCATE

“This is the biggest and boldest event we've seen all year."

THE ORIGIN
STORY

I believe that we are the next generation of social impact - given the right tools, we can create a world we want to live in.

Milly Rose Bannister is an award-winning founder, Gen Z specialist and creative director currently thriving in the social impact space with her charity, ALLKND. Dedicated to really good content and digital mental health education for young Aussies, she’s on a mission to inspire compassion and kindness, smash the stigma and teach people how to be ‘Good Mates’.

My lived experience as a 15 year old of supporting my best mate through their darkest months gave me insight into how challenging and isolating it can be.

As the founder of ALLKND, she has built a movement dedicated to equipping Gen Z with the skills to support each other’s mental health. Milly has delivered powerful talks for organisations like Pinterest, TikTok, and SXSW, blending psychology, media expertise, and lived experience to inspire action.

Whether she’s on stage, on social media, or behind the scenes crafting campaigns, Milly is all about making mental health conversations accessible, engaging, and stigma-free.
