by a large team, including psychologists, other health professionals and those with lived experience of what is

Our Good Mate Training is free! We don’t think it should cost young people to learn more about supporting their peers and their mental health. If anything, it should be in the high school curriculum nationally, but it's not.
So here we are, providing free mental health first aid training, thanks to our incredibly generous and wonderful donors and supporting partners.
ALLKND doesn’t provide workshops because we designed Good Mate Training to include all of the info that you’ll need and give space for the individual completing it to go at their own pace. We do provide a Group Training package though - if you would like to know more please get in touch here.
